Not a lesser bowl, this small wheel thrown bowl may be little, but it is mighty: use it to grate garlic or ginger. Add olive oil and parmigiana cheese to your grated garlic, and you have a bread dipping bowl. Or use to create salad dressings or stir-fry sauces. Because the grating surface is hand carved, each bowl will be different. Multiple glaze colors are available, but I′m partial to the bright blue.
